The Collision Estimator/Customer Service Rep must have some experience in the collision industry and is responsible for greeting customers, either via phone or in-person. Estimator will be expected to quote customer damage, as well as negotiate repair costs in order to maximize profit. Our customers have come to expect knowledge, trust and high level customer service. We are willing to train the right person!

Some responsibilities include:

• Estimate repair costs including labor, painting and parts.
• Track inventory of body shop parts.
• Resolve customer concerns.
• Assist with administrative tasks.

An ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 1 year collision experience
• I-Car certification (preferred, but not required)
• Knowledge of the CCC Estimating System (preferred, but will train)
