shift hours -Variable: 13-week assignment: 12-hour shifts = 6 shifts x 2-week period

Pay -$47/hr on w2 without any benefits
Documents - LPN License ,COVID card/Flu vaccination ( exemption may avilable ) BLS from AHA, Driver license, 2 Professional reference,
