Auto Dealership Title Clerk
Davidson Auto Group is looking for an Auto Dealership Title Clerk. This position will perform a wide range of administrative, customer service and sales support duties associated with vehicle sales.
Work hours for this position include evenings and Saturdays.
Closed Sundays, and an additional
day off during the week.
Pay for this position is $16/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Manages vehicle documentation
- Creates Bank Packets
- Researches vehicle titles and resolves issues
- Understands and follows corresponding state title processing guidelines
- Responds to customer inquiries and requests
- Compiles and maintains a complete list of all outstanding title work.
- Reports status of any missing or problem titles
- Provides a current list of outstanding titles at month end
- Vehicle Stock In Responsibilities
- Bills out all dealer trades and prepares Certificates of Origin
- Administrative duties such as mail, filing and answering multi-line phones
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
Requirements
- Previous automotive accounting or dealership experience, preferred
- Previous Customer Service experience a plus
- Must have good communication and problem solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
- Excellent computer skills
- Must have Valid Driver's license
- Must be open to working evenings and Saturdays
- High School diploma or GED, required
