Title: Audio Visual Specialist- Events

Hiring Range: $25 per hour

Job Duties

In support of the Digital Media Services team and the Foundation's strategic goals and mission, the successful candidate will work interdepartmentally with a diverse staff under the supervision of the A/V Integration Manager. Primary responsibilities include preparing for and providing A/V related set up and technical support, as well as excellent customer service both internally and externally during special events, facility rentals and museum programming.

Minimum Qualifications

General experience working with a variety of A/V equipment and media.
Knowledge of video cameras, video and audio recording, and internet streaming.
Excellent customer service skills and experience.
Basic computer skills, such as Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, etc...
Ability to work in a fast paced, evolving environment.
Prior event experience is helpful but not required.
Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior professional A/V related experience.
