Boutique employment defense firm in Camarillo with statewide practice seeking attorney with significant civil litigation experience. Although not required, class action and/or PAGA experience are a plus as is direct experience in employment law. Excellent writing skills, propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, and the ability to handle court appearances are also desired. This is a full-time position, and we are looking for a long-term addition to our team who has a great work ethic, a positive attitude, and is a person who thrives in a team environment. It is also our preference for candidates to have roots in the local community as this is an in-person position. Our firm has a low billable hours requirement (1600 per year) with extra work rewarded by a billed hours bonus model. In addition, our firm offers a percentage on collected originations that our attorneys bring into the firm.
