Job Title: Assistant Studio Manager
Reports to: Studio Manager
YogaSix Idaho is seeking Assistant Studio Managers to help support the Studio Managers at our locations in Boise, Garden City, Meridian and Nampa.

Position
The Assistant Studio Manager supports the Studio Manager(s) in managing various aspects of studio operations. They must have strong leadership skills, a growth mindset, and a passion for sales and excellent service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Greets everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm and energy.
● Creates meaningful and lasting rapport with staff and clients
● Execute the full sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and closing the sale in person and/or through phone calls, emails, and text messages to achieve studio goals.
● Drive studio merchandise sales and inventory including apparel, and accessories. Includes rental revenue and revenue from ancillary products (water, electrolytes, etc.)
● Handle members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
● Participate in regular marketing and outreach events
● Assist the Studio Manager with staff scheduling and other administrative duties
● Work with the Studio Manager to create and execute ongoing marketing plans based on studio needs with a focus on new client acquisition, activation, retention and loyalty programs
● Helps monitor/manage KPIs and analyze other business data
● Maintain a clean and safe studio at all times by completing cleaning tasks as directed by General Manager or Company policies, including but not limited to: sweeping/mopping floors, sanitizing/organizing props, cleaning bathrooms, and common areas; managing the maintenance of studio equipment; manage studio laundry.
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
● Previous customer service and sales experience preferred
● Self-starter who thrives on achieving sales targets
● Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy
● Ability to function well in a high-paced, fast-changing, diverse environment
● Must be outgoing and has a passion for sales
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, or related software
● Health & Fitness minded - strongly preferred
● Thrives working in a team environment
● Flexible to work days, evenings, weekends, and holiday hours, as needed
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
● May be required to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time. May be required to reach with hands and arms. Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car. This job requires the person to climb up and down flights of stairs as elevators are not present at all locations. May be asked to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
● Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, Depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus
● Must be able to effectively hear in person and via telephone
COMPENSATION & PERKS:
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive hourly wage and opportunities for bonuses based on performance. There are also opportunities for growth within the company in sales and management positions. Yoga membership included.
