Our fast-paced Jimmy John's Sandwich Shop team needs a high-energy, no B.S., get-it-done Restaurant Assistant Manager.

*Restaurant Assistant Manager Experience is NOT Required. IN-STORE Restaurant Assistant Manager Training Is Provided.

*In-store Restaurant Assistant Manager training includes sandwich making, food prep, bread baking, cleaning and sanitizing procedures, food handling, cash management, inventory, customer service, staff management and much more.

*Jimmy John's Restaurant Assistant Managers Work Day or Evening Shifts Any Day of the Week

Jimmy John's Restaurant Assistant Managers:

1. Provide Exceptional Customer Service

2. Promote a Friendly, Enthusiastic, Get-It-Done Vibe in the Restaurant

3. Make Sandwiches Accurately with the Freshest Ingredients

4. Oversee Accuracy of Small and Large Sandwich Orders

5. Bake Bread, Prepare Sauces, Slice Meats and Cheese According to Jimmy John's Sandwich Shop Protocols

6. Follow and Instruct Restaurant Team Members in Cleaning, Re-stocking and Food Handling Protocols

7. Lead By Example

*A Restaurant Assistant Manager position is available at Jimmy John's Sandwich Shop located at 2645 Annapolis Rd in HANOVER, MD.

*Please note: This store is NOT located near a bus route/stop.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
