Assistant Property Manager Real Estate

Location of role: Oak Brook IL or Warrenville IL onsite 5 days a week

Salary up to 50K a year depending on experience

Key Points of the role:

Assistant Property Manager real estate· Class A property preferred

• To do whatever is needed for the successful management of multi-family
• Apartment complexes: assisting in leasing, collecting rents, monitoring
• Maintenance issues, keeping records, dealing with subcontractors,
• Involve in marketing/promotions.

Offices / properties are generally open between 10am-6pm. Not sure if this candidate would need to be on-site all the time, but even if they don’t, they should be comfortable being there as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
