You will be reporting to a Production Lead on The Sims 4.

As an Assistant Producer with Maxis, you will be focusing on the game’s catalog of clothing and object assets, ensuring their on-time delivery while meeting standards for functionality and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a cross-discipline team to create clothing and object assets

• Organize the asset tagging process from start to finish

• Hook up assets for in-game functionality

• Prioritize asset tagging work to meet milestones on time and at high quality

• Track and communicate asset status to discipline leads across multiple projects

• Learn and work with proprietary development tools

• Utilize player feedback to help inform strategic asset decisions

• Maintain workflow documentation

• Identify and advocate for process improvements

• Contribute to a stimulating and fun work culture

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

º $32 - $49

• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):

º $29 - $49

• Jersey City, NJ:

º $36 - $49

• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):

º $29 - $40

• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):

º $29 - $44

The hourly rate is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
