- ND Teaching License and Elementary Principal Credential
- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university with Educational Leadership/Administration preparation
- Minimum of three years of teaching experience
- Prior experience handling student management and behavioral issues with dignity, respect, and proper interpretation of organizational policies and procedures
- Ability to foster a collaborative and positive working relationship with students, staff, and the school community
- Experience with the Marzano instructional framework preferred
- Experience working in an elementary school setting preferred

POSITION: Assistant Principal - Looking for an innovative and life-long learner capable of supporting change.
TERM: 210-day contract beginning with the 2023-2024 School Year
SUMMARY: Under the direction of the head principal, the assistant principal is responsible for providing a guaranteed and viable exploratory curriculum and will supervise and evaluate teachers on the basis of teaching that curriculum. The assistant principal will help to ensure that students are provided with an orderly and safe educational environment, conducive to learning, and free from unnecessary distractions and disruptions. In addition, the assistant principal will support teachers in providing an engaging and personalized learning experience for students in order to improve student agency.
QUALIFICATIONS:

SALARY: 2023-2024 Administrators' Salary Schedule (Please refer to the 2022-2023 Administrative Salary Schedule until the new schedule is published)
Commensurate with education and experience, WFPS offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
The WFPS District funds the entire 11.75% employee contribution to TFFR, as well as the 12.75% employer contribution.
