Specific responsibilities include:

  • Assist overseeing day-to-day operations of the studio.
  • On-boarding, training and coaching employees
  • Assist with management of staff schedule
  • Building, motivating and leading a high-performing team that genuinely cares about the health and wellness of every customer.
  • Leading staff consisting of sales/customer service associates and massage therapists to achieve individual and team operational and customer service goals.
  • Coaching front desk personnel on POS / Scheduling system, scheduling appointments, recommending enhanced services. Individual would also be expected to perform these duties.
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment for clients & staff and ensure that CDC / safety protocols for our industry are being followed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-2 years as supervisor / manager in customer service and sales environment.
  • Availability to work peak times such as evenings, weekends.
  • Must pass a background check

  • Experience with sales
  • Previous retail sales / customer service experience.

  • Proficiency with computers and software
  • This is NOT a clerical management position as you will also be expected to be hands-on answering phones, scheduling / checking out clients and be customer facing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
