Assistant Meeting Planning Co-ordinator for Professional Dental Education Company.

• You will be the logistical control center for registrants from course enrollment to course attendance and completion. These functions require an excellent command of English with strong verbal skill
• STRONG verbal skills for writing and understanding written and oral communications .
• Must be organized and detailed oriented
• Excel spreadsheet skills are a must
• Run checklists. ATTENTION TO DETAIL
• Responsible for supplies and course set ups.
• PACKING AND SHIPPING Up to 50 pounds.
• Assist in smooth operations of office to ensure efficient procedures and outcomes in providing best customer service and team support .
• ENERGETIC WITH GREAT ATTITUDE

IN-house FULL TIME

May include Travel to meeting sites.
