Job description

Manages all front office business to include parking permit sales, both online and front office, including all credit card processing, bursar batch files and payroll deductions. Manages department marketplace. Supervises front office and bike shop employees. Responsible for parts and supply purchases for the Orange Ride bike shop. Provides primary administrative support for Director and Manager of Parking & Transportation Services. Monitors and coordinates activities in all parking software systems and ordering of yearly permit inventory. Responsible for daily deposits. Assumes Parking Manager responsibility in their absence.

Must be able to life 50 lb.

Position Qualifications:


Minimum Qualifications:

High School/GED

Five years of related experience including at least two years of supervisory experience.

Must be proficient in Windows, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.

Able to learn Parking/T2 software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

Five years of related experience including at least two years of supervisory experience.

Must be proficient in Windows, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.

Able to learn Parking software. Able to use two-way radio effectively.
