Part-Time Assistant Manager needed with flexible availability. Great opportunity for someone who's willing to grow with our emerging brand. Assistant Manager will be responsible for helping with daily gym operations, servicing and building their personal training clientele, and teaching FitCamp classes as needed.
Compensation: We offer sales bonuses and trainer pay!
Compensation:$15 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:- Make follow-up calls to leads/potential clients
- Give tours to walk-ins and/or scheduled appointments
- Service personal training clients
- Teach FitCamp classes as needed
- Help oversee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as class attendance, daily/weekly/monthly leads, and member milestones
- Recruit new talent & clients
- Promote studio, pass out flyers, promote partnerships with local businesses
- Minimum 1-year personal training experience
- Must be driven, reliable and eager to grow
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must present themselves in a manner that promotes fitness, wellness, and professionalism
- Must have the ability to work flexible and/or varying hours including some Saturdays
- Must prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on clients' goals that include appropriate exercise selection and teaching a fitness lifestyle
- Must be able to coach, motivate, and inspire members at every stage of their fitness journey
