Pressed Cafe Prudential is quick service cafe, located in the heart of the city. We are looking for an Assistant General Manager (AGM) who embraces teamwork and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job title: Assistant General Manager (AGM)

Results to be achieved by this Assistant General Manager (AGM) position:

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations including: kitchen, dining room, counter, coordinating catering orders, inventory and ordering, training, labor costs and employee staffing
• Continue to grow the restaurant's reputation for outstanding service and food quality

• Manage all FOH staff including bartenders, baristas, cashiers and runners
• Achieve all skills in the FOH including cashier, barista and expo (bartending experience is a plus)
• Monitoring food and drink ticket times to be 2-3 minutes for drinks and 3-5 minutes for food (quick service, fast-paced)
• Work closely with staff to ensure they are trained and achieving our expectations of Good Food, Good Coffee and Good Service!

Qualifications necessary for the Assistant General Manager (AGM) position:

• Minimum 2+ years of prior restaurant experience, preferable in Quick Service
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 5 days a week (on average)
• Proven management skills with exemplary organizational, time management, communication and customer service skills
• High School Diploma or GED
