Job description

Marty-Kramer Group LLC. is looking for a part-time (28 to 32 hours weekly) Assistant Director of Operations for its Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Division. In collaboration with the Director of Operations, the person in this position assists the Director in daily operations, including:

• Route planning and order and driver management.
• Vehicle and equipment management.
• Policy and procedure development.
• Recruitment and resource procurement.

The ideal, qualified applicant possesses the following education and/or experience, knowledge, and skills:

• A two-year degree in business management or a similar, related field of study; or at least three years of verifiable leadership and resource management experience.
• Knowledge of the five core functions of leadership and management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn new concepts, practices, and technology.
• Flexibility and adaptability.

Additionally, candidates for this position must be able to meet the following qualifications:

• Passage of a criminal background check, and each year thereafter.
• Passage of a urine drug screen.
• Possess a clean driving record.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
