Job description

Proven Pastry Chef/Baker who has several years of management & commercial baking experience with cakes, cake decorating, pies, breads, cookies, biscuits & more. We are a scratch bakery. You will need to work with a small team of accurate bakers who can handle large volume. A culinary degree required. It's a busy environment and growing quickly. We are also known as 17 Hands Coffee.

We get started at 3 AM, and the shop opens at 6:30-7. 40 hours per week on average. Benefits include: health insurance, dental, vision, paid vacation, tips, (soon bonuses based off of profits) free food on the clock, and free coffee. We are located in VB, near the Chesapeake city line.

Hourly rate/salary depends on level of experience and years in the industry. Required: professional, consistently good attitude, adaptable, good under pressure, loyal, natural leader, team player

Sundays are mandatory for this position.
