Job description

Join our manufacturing team in Chaska as an assembler! In this assembly worker role, you’ll read blueprints to assemble quality products with a variety of tools. We offer fast placement plus a weekly paycheck and excellent benefits.

Wage: $16 – 21/hr., DOE

Hours:

  • 6 am – 2 pm, Monday – Friday
  • 2:30 pm – 11 pm, Monday – Friday
  • 11:30 pm – 6 am, Monday - Friday

Duties of the assembly worker:

  • Use hand tools to assemble components such as tubes, medical devices, boxes, etc.
  • Operate assembly equipment including crimpers, swagers, metal stampers, and cutters
  • Read and understand basic blueprints and engineering drawings
  • Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality

Qualifications of the assembly worker:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Stand for entire shift
