Heat exchanger manufacturer in the Tulsa area is seeking an Assembly Supervisor.

Summary: Prepare work schedule; assign and oversee work

Responsibilities:

• Requisition material required to meet production goals
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to employees assigned duties
• Examine assembled products to determine if items meet tolerance specs
• Supervise workers who use hand tools, jigs, and various power tools and equipment
• Ensure 5S organization in the workplace
• Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of products
• Ensure all equipment is up to date and within standards
• Closely follow schedules to meet ship dates

Qualifications:

• Ability to supervise 15 to 25 employees
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, and lift/move up to 50 pounds
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of general management experience in a manufacturing environment required

Pay: $31.00 - $33.00 per hour
