What does an Assembler do?
Assemblers work in production factories and assembly lines and may have a specialized role in the manufacturing and assembly of an item such as installing fasteners or connecting wires. They maintain an in-depth knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations, allowing them to safely operate heavy machinery and use resources appropriately. Assemblers aim to be as efficient and consistent as possible when putting together a product. They troubleshoot problems with their equipment and service it to ensure it works properly.

- Pay Rates: $16.00-$17.00 - DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE AND ASSESSMENT RESULT
Shifts:
- 1ST SHIFT: 6 AM-2:30 PM.
- 2ND SHIFT: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM.
- Monday - Friday. WITH OCCASIONAL OVERTIME ON SATURDAYS.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a team to assemble entire products or components.
- Rotate through tasks for specific production processes.
- Conduct quality inspections on products and parts.
- Prepare finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Review drawing and instructions before each project.
- Assemble each product according to specifications.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm that assembled products meet quality standards.
- Identify any product defects; record and report them accordingly.
- Complete required quality and production forms.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary products in your workstation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all quality and safety standards and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields.
- Familiarity with assembly tools and equipment.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Ability to work well in teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Sit or stand for long periods, 8-12 hours.
