Taliesin Preservation of Spring Green, WI, is looking for an Arts and Education Program Assistant for the 2023 season to work alongside our program staff and summer workshop instructors in our K-12 summer camp programs. This seasonal position pays an hourly rate of $17.00-$19.00, based on experience with a 24-hour workweek from May 1 through September 30.
ABOUT TALIESIN PRESERVATION
As stewards of the Frank Lloyd Wright Visitor Center, our dual mission is to preserve the cultural, built, and natural environments that comprise the Taliesin property and conduct educational and cultural programs that provide a greater understanding of his architecture and ideas. We are different from other historic sites because we are not satisfied with just being a museum. We want the estate to stay filled with life.
There is an energy here that captures and engages people. The staff and volunteers, without exception, are creative people who care passionately about their work and are full of ideas. WORKING AS A YOUTH PROGRAM ASSISTANT
As an Arts and Education Program Assistant, you will assist program staff and summer workshop instructors in running educational programming.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ARTS AND EDUCATION PROGRAM ASSISTANT
- Interest and experience working with youth in a structured setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Superior organizational skills
- Ability to follow directions and work safely at all times
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a seasonal position from May 1 through September 30. This position is 24 hours per week, requiring a flexible schedule.
