St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School is looking for a Art Teacher for PK - 8th grade

Category: Full-time or Part-Time contract basis
Pay Rate: depending on education & experience
Work Year: school days Aug. - May with some additional training days
Specific Days Needed: M, T, W, Th, F (any one or more)
Min./Max. Hours per week: 30-40
Job Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (additional hours maybe added for meetings, etc)

Education/Experience:

The successful candidate is expected to:

• Be mature, responsible, energetic and nurturing with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 5 years experience in art.
• Teaching Certification.
• Receive a criminal background check clearance.
• Be committed to the philosophy of Catholic school and value oriented education.
• Have a current Catechist Certificate or working towards one.

Additional Job Functions:

• Maintain record keeping of students.
• Oversee extra events such as anti-bulling; Power of One, etc.
• Oversee students in non-instructional duties, such as lunch, carpool, etc.
• Assist in morning; lunch, or afternoon duty as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
