Valley View Community Health Center is currently seeking a full time medical provider for our busy Walk-In Clinic located in Centralia, WA. Come join one of the fastest growing Community Health Centers in SW Washington!
Must have active WA State license, full DEA prescribing authority, and BLS Certification. SCHEDULE: Rolling 4 (10 hour) shifts; 4 days on and 4 days off; 7:30AM - 6:000PM. (16% weekend differential pay)
