Compensation:

What You Will Do:
As an Apartment Locator at Lighthouse, you'll be responsible for managing the client relationship from lead to lease, including:
- Communicating with clients via text, phone, and email
- Building strong market knowledge and understanding client needs
- Creating a personalized list of available apartment units
- Working directly with property partners, scheduling and attending tours
- Earning commissions for leasing clients

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Real Estate License: Active Texas Real Estate License Required
- Local Travel Required: You'll need to be prepared for local travel around the city to tour with your clients.
