An Analytical Chemist is needed for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organization near Burlington, VT. The Analytical Chemist will be responsible for performing analysis of samples following approved test methods and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the results. The role requires a strong knowledge of various laboratory instrumentation and software, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field, along with 4+ years of relevant experience working in a GXP laboratory. The candidate should also have proficiency over a range of analytical techniques, as well as knowledge of laboratory instrumentation such as dissolution baths, HPLC's, GC's, FTIR, UV-Vis Spectrophotometers, etc. Additionally, the candidate should possess knowledge of scientific software, basic word processing, and spreadsheets, along with strong basic math skills and the ability to communicate effectively. • Support method development, validation, and transfer through drafting and execution of associated protocols and reports
• Perform/oversee instrument calibrations and maintenance

• Provide training in analytical procedures and techniques
• Complete analytical projects with limited supervision
