Agile Story Session Writer
This is NOT a technical writing position.
NDI Engineering Company is seeking Agile Story Session Writer to join our team in South Jersey and assist with supporting the US Navy.
The ideal candidate will be an entry to journey level engineer, preferably electrical or computer, with some experience in Agile Software development.
A willingness to learn and collaborate in high-involvement work team environment under the supervision of a software lead.
Job Responsibilities
A person with experience in agile software development, test procedure development and requirements generation. Participate in all aspects of Systems Engineering throughout the full program lifecycle using Agile based features, stories and scenarios development.
Assist with definition of high level functional and performance requirements and verification methods, subsequent analysis, decomposition, and derivation of requirements, allocation of those lower-level requirements to physical and functional architectural elements, and tracking them through design, verification, integration, and operational validation.
Minimum Requirements
Must be a US citizen and able to qualify for a DoD Secret clearance.
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited college or university.
This work is NOT remote. Working in the Philadelphia Navy Yard is required.
Good verbal and written communications skills along with ability to implement feedback from engineers and work somewhat independently are highly desirable traits.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
