Responsible for the management of purchasing, maintenance and repair of Aggregate plant and support equipment. To ensure the highest productivity at the lowest possible cost. Lead in promoting a strong safety culture along with environmental stewardship and compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 2 year post secondary education in related field or equivalent related experience
2. 5 years equipment maintenance or management experience
3. Ability to provide and maintain proper licensure, medical card and acceptable driving record

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Developing and implementing maintenance planning and service schedules.

2. Assist with parts procurement and inventories.

3. Acquiring and managing of rental equipment as needed

4. Manage plant equipment replacement and upgrades to promote productivity and efficiencies

5. Manage the hiring, training and discipline of direct reports, perform annual feedbacks

6. Assist with plant site development, moves and set ups

7. Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written) and work with difficult people under high stress situations. Self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive customer relations & act courteous/respectful of others.

8. Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems (material quality, equipment operation/repair, etc.).
Monitor and discuss production problems with co-workers and managers/supervisors

9. Ensure MSHA, OSHA, EPA, DNR, safety and environmental regulation compliance

10. Frequently working in an environment with: Sitting, Standing, Loud noises, Reaching, Handling, Talking, Hearing and Climbing
Occasionally working in an environment in need of accommodation

11. While performing daily tasks may be required to lift and/or up to 20# occasionally , up to 10# frequently and constantly- negligible

12. Performs other duties as assigned.
