Job Description: Successful applicant will provide direction to, and maintain two-way communication with Drivers, as well as, making scheduling adjustments to maximize on time performance, minimize client wait time, and service disruptions with regards to vehicle / Driver availability. Shift is M-F, 1pm-9pm.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assign trips, vehicles, and required equipment to Drivers.

· Maintain Dispatch logs, and pre-trip inspections.

· Input scheduled trips into our dispatching software.

· Input trip mileage, and pick-up / light times as called in by Drivers.

· Monitor on time performance, and make vehicle / schedule changes as necessary.

· Communicate by email, phone, and fax with customers, as well as, clients.

· Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and clutter free work environment.

· Ability to multitask, work independently, and follow directions.

Work Experience Requirements:

· High School Diploma, or Equivalent.

· Ability to read, write, and communicate clear English.

· Familiarity with service area.

· Transit operation and dispatch experience.

· Customer service experience.

· Data entry / clerical experience.

· Strong organizational, math, and analytical skills.

· Proficiency with computers / Google Maps / Microsoft office.

· Supervision experience. (Preferred)

· Drivers license with clean MVR. (Preferred)

· PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREENING AND BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED.

*Pay is weekly. Starting pay is $12/hour, however if 90 day probationary period is completed with desired skillset and perfect attendance, pay will be increased. After such, reviews/raises will be given yearly.

Paid vacation time will be available after 1 year, and is as follows:

Full time employees (40 hours)

1-2 years employment = 5 days.

3-6 years employment = 10 days.

7+ years employment = 10 days + 1 day for each year after to a maximum of 4 weeks.

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
