KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Greeting patients and assisting with intake
- Checking patients in and out
- Scheduling appointments for treatments and consultations
- Answering phones and managing the online booking system
- Entering patient information into our database system
- Reaching out to potential sales leads
- Conducting all patient interactions professionally with emphasis and attention to HIPAA
- Engaging with all leads via current practice communication platform
- Successfully scheduling and performing virtual consults, either by phone or Zoom
- Providing patients educational information, whether verbal or in print, including methods and modalities used to address aesthetic goals
- Effectively scheduling patients to maximize the time of all providers, with keen attention to the Medical Director
- Engaging with patients while in-office, including proactive confirmation of treatment(s) to be delivered as well as communicating all costs associated with treatment plan
APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 2 years experience working in a medical aesthetics practice or similar
- A minimum of 2 years experience working with a lead management system/CRM
- Bachelor's Degree
