Kaizen Medical Spa is based in North Bethesda, Maryland. We specialize in non-invasive aesthetic services to help our patients look and feel their best. We are currently looking for a nurse injector to join our busy medical spa with an established client base! We are looking for full-time and part-time positions.

About the job

Outstanding client care is very important to our ideal candidate. They must have great hands-on skills, be knowledgeable with medical spa services and have confidence to cross-market services. Must be a team player and have the personality and flexibility to work in a fast-paced office.

We are looking for someone who has at least 1 year of cosmetic facial injections. Compensation includes base salary with a generous compensation package.

Responsibilities:

• Familiarity in the aesthetics industry; Medical Grade Skin Care, Chemical Peels, IPL and Microneedling a plus.
• Flexibility; our needs constantly change, we need people that are willing to go the extra mile, love having a variety of job responsibilities and think that change is a positive thing.
• Work with clients to understand goals and build comprehensive treatment plans with a focus on transformative, natural results.
• Be a champion for education ensuring that all clients understand the treatments they are receiving and understand all the features, benefits, and risks.
• Accurately document all treatments ensuring that client records and complete and comprehensive.
• Reconnect with clients’ post-service ensuring that results are closely monitored and are in line with client expectations.
• Answer calls from new clients wanting general information on their options for cosmetic injectables and other aesthetic services.
• Perform customer service follow-up calls on treated patients.

• Aesthetic: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Maryland Registered Nursing license (Required)
