The AeroSeal technician is responsible for helping the AeroSeal Team Lead set up a home for the AeroSeal duct sealing process as well as duct cleaning. Duties include running the duct cleaning systems and the AeroSeal system, blocking off vents in preparation for sealing, carrying equipment in and out of the home and monitoring the home during the seal process. Other duties may include duct diagnostics, repair and installation. Customer service is extremely important as you will be interacting with homeowners. Promotions for the right people are very likely, first to team lead and eventually into management. We pay more if you have experience in HVAC or sheet metal work.
