We are the largest manufactured home dealer in California since 1992. We have been growing every year. We are proud to expand and grow more talent to come join our company.We are currently looking to hire licensed real estate agents (can help license) to assist in new home sales, Adu homes, real estate in all locations.
With the Booming real estate affordable house market.Large amounts of Adu/Backyard units are in demand.We are one of the few that actually have display units.
We Will Help Train You to Become one of our New Home Consultants. Real Estate License is required (we can help you get licensed).

- Initiate manufactured home sales and marketing activities, including phone calls, e-mails, online postings and face-to-face meetings, designed to identify and engage prospective new customers
- Assist buyer needs, find properties that meet those needs, and act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and park managers
- Coordinate with escrow companies, loan officers, home inspectors, and pest control operators to comply with the terms and conditions of purchase agreements before closing dates
- Know how to use tools such as advertising, open houses networking etc. to sell properties
- Must have basic computer, math concepts, administrative and clerical skills.
- Prospective manufactured home agents must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have good Customer Service skills in order to provide an outstanding buying experience for your clients
- Accept Training in Manufactured Home sales/marketing to successfully complete sales of property
- Must possess outstanding communication skills, be able to multi-task, and take initiative on projects
- Must be energetic with a positive attitude
- Opening and closing the model homes
- Greeting and qualifying buyers and assisting them in their decision-making process
- Demonstrating model homes including features and benefits
- Providing product and pricing information
- Delivering exceptional customer service to the sales team and prospective buyers
