Provides direction and take proactive action to achieve the mission and strategic financial and clinical objectives of the Facility. The Administrator is responsible for assuring the daily operations of the facility comply with local, state, federal regulatory requirements, as well as standards established by the accrediting organization. In conjunction with the Medical Staff and Board, the Administrator shall develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the implementation of policies and procedures, which assure that cost effective, safe and high quality care is implemented. Bachelor’s degree in related field.Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in management of a similar health care setting, including experience as an ASC administrator.
