Administrative Assistant Sales-Verona, WI
Compensation is $19-$20/hour based on experience
The Job:
- Provide great customer service for incoming client / lead calls
- Daily contract processing
- Administer and promote corporate logo clothing accounts
- Administer all Sales Employee supplies and manuals
- Coordinate & monitor all fairs and shows
- Approve the invoices with tear sheets for sales advertising
- Coordinate travel and logistics for Verona training classes
The Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 1 to 2 years of previous administrative assistant and/or customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office suite; Outlook and electronic file maintenance
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor, possess a “Can Do” approach to work
- Outstanding customer service, organizational, and communication skills
Compensation/Benefits:
- Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
