We are looking for someone who is responsible,organized & can multi-task. A candidate with a positive attitude & common sense will go a long way. We are a small privately owned wholesale lighting distributor in Queens. We have been in business for over 23 years. We are seeking another team player to become part of our "family" We work hard but have fun doing it. Our ideal candidate will have some knowledge of Bookkeeping, self motivated and able to achieve daily tasks without being micromanaged. Experience with DDI software or in Lighting would be a HUGE PLUS but is not mandatory.

Responsibilities include:

• Basic A/R and A/P
• Assisting in answering calls
• Ordering office supplies
• Assist in the preparation for end of month data
• Submit and reconcile month end expense/tax reports
• Depositing & posting checks
• Processing credit card payments
• Making sure all accounts are current and if not, making the necessary phone calls and emails to receive payments

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
