Position Description:
The position will assist the Program Director with purchasing, credit card payments, preparing bank deposits, preparing travel expense reports and ordering non-medical supplies. Will be responsible for maintaining current information regarding policies and programs and process routine matters within the established policies. Review records and reports which require action and recommend solutions or courses of action. Update Occupational Medicine accounts, working with billing services to ensure records are accurate, and perform monthly billing and reconciling of those accounts. Assist with debt collection by notifying collection agency and updating student records when payments are made. Perform special assignments and research report preparations. Complete training and able to assist with front desk clinics. Responsible for providing financial record keeping for divisions of CHS. Process a variety of correspondence, investigate subject matter, and prepare replies on behalf of the department. Assist with human resource duties. Assist with data entry of medical records.
