CAP Concrete Coatings is looking to hire another amazing office staff member.

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic person to work as an office assistant. Must be task-driven and customer oriented.

Most of the work would be done in your home office, although there will be a minimal amount of work done from the office.

Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:

- Incoming and outgoing calls.

- Responding to emails.

- Take part in administrative meetings.

- Review prospect qualifying criteria and scheduling sales appointments.

- Review project details and schedule projects.

- Working with clients to meet their needs.

CAP Concrete Coatings has been operating since 2018. We operate four locations across the PNW; Vancouver/PDX (HQ), Medford OR, Lacey WA, Mulkiteo WA. Growing our operations and installing high quality floors is our game!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• CRM software: 1 year (Preferred)
