The Role:


We are looking for a part-time Assistant & Office Manager to handle a variety of personnel related and administrative duties from our Fargo office. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment for the team, assisting with general duties assigned by the administration team, basic HR activities & generally the first face we see when walking into our Fargo, ND building.


This position is part-time, Monday-Friday, expected to be 20-25 hours per week generally between the hours of 10a-3p (leave by 1p on Friday's in the summer) & fully in-office. This role is paid per hour & does not include additional benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.).


As the Admin Assistant & Office Manager, you will:

  • Be the first person to greet anyone coming into the CoSchedule office space
  • Act as the CoSchedule team's assistant for office related requests
  • Be responsible to maintaining office operations per CoSchedule's office standards on a day to day basis
  • Prepare the office space for employee (FTE's, interns, etc.) onboarding, off-boarding & similar activities
  • Setup & maintain all workspaces within the office
  • Responsible for ensuring the office has the proper supplies at all times
  • Act as a liaison to certain building vendors (e.g. cleaners, snow removal, etc.)
  • Help coordinate & execute duties as it relates to managing the entire CoSchedule building which includes various tenants
  • Running errands, as needed, to support the team, needs of the office & needs of the building
  • Will schedule meetings, book travel, book interviews, schedule company/office events & so on
  • Be part of CoSchedule's administrative team & execute duties as assigned by this team
  • Assist CoSchedule's leadership team with any tasks or duties as assigned
  • Assist the HR Coordinator with any tasks as assigned
  • Report to the COO

The Musts:

  • Part-time (estimating 20-25 hours per week with a schedule that can be negotiated during the interview process)
  • An in-office employee within our Fargo, ND office
  • Can be successful in using the tools within Google Office Suite
  • Comfortable with basic IT related tasks such as setting up employee workspaces
  • Detail oriented + self-starter
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • People like you and they like to be around you
  • All other duties as assigned

The That’d Be Greats:

  • Office management &/or executive assistant experience
  • Experience with BambooHR or similar tools
  • Experience in a small to medium size business in a similar position
