Immediate opening for Accounts Receivable Specialist with local, reputable, wholesale furniture distributor.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Manage book of retail and ecommerce accounts

Apply customer payments daily with accuracy

Research and process customer credit requests

Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts

Must be comfortable speaking with customers and inquiring about payments/invoices/discrepancies/credits/collections

Dependable team player is a must.

Qualifications:

5+ years Accounts Receivable and Collections experience

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to meet deadlines

Motivated

Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment

Punctual

Strong work ethic

Technical skills required:

Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Access

10-key by touch

Will train on software

Office hours: 8-5, M-F

Location: Forney

The company operates from a 500,000 square foot warehouse and distribution facility in Forney, Texas and a second state-of-the art 400,000 square foot warehouse and distribution facility in Mesquite.
