WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK

You don't need to be an expert in all things billing to take advantage of this opportunity as our Accounts Receivable Clerk! We just ask that you meet the following qualifications:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as accounting software programs

· Ability to operate office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculators, and copiers

YOUR NEW FINANCIAL ROLE AS OUR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK

This billing position enjoys having a healthy work-life balance and works at our office from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk at our office, you're responsible for a variety of finance tasks that are essential to our business operations. Highly attentive, you prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable. Additionally, you create invoices according to our company's financial practices and submit them to our customers. You also maintain and update our customer files, including any name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy helps our office maintain strong relationships with our clients and ensures that all financial records are up-to-date. You take pride in having a billing role that is vital to our company's financial success!
