Position: Accounts Payable Specialist

Position Summary: Leading South Florida Cybersecurity Reseller and Services Provider seeks ambitious, task-oriented professional to fill the position of Accounts Payable Specialist. Candidate would be responsible for managing the company's various payables, vendor relationships, and other projects working directly with management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain vendor files up to date
• Receive, analyze, and process vendor invoices and employee expense reports
• Reconcile variances on vendor invoices and employee expense reports
• Prepare, issue and process vendor payments
• Monitor A/P to ensure payments are up to date
• Prepare A/P aging reports for management’s analysis
• Reconcile credit card, A/P and other balance sheet accounts on a regular basis
• Perform other accounting duties as instructed by the Director of Finance

Qualifications:

Skills & Knowledge Required:

• Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent amount of accounting coursework
• 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Proficiency with Google (Gmail, G Sheets, G Docs, etc.), Office365 (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.), and Adobe PDF

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized and strong time management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, demanding, and fun environment
• Ability to learn and adopt new technologies
• Ability to multitask

Systems Knowledge Desired:

• NetSuite ERP
• Quickbooks
• Bill.com
• Expensify
• American Express WebPortal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
