With the Data Privacy / Data Protection market poised to go over $103 billion in the next few years, Clarip is growing fast and we are looking for the Accountant to join Clarip's Data Privacy team. Accountant will manage and prepare financial statements for our company and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with standard accounting procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Manage income and expenditure accounts
• Manage client billing activities - timely billing, invoicing, and follow up with clients
• Assist with filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
• Manage financial and accounting software used by the company
• Track and provide reports of employee expenditures
• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries
• Document financial transactions
• Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements
• Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or any other related field
• CPA
• At least 3 years of related experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to stay focused on results while working independently
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
