Title: Bookkeeper / Office Manager (Part -Time)

A prestigious boutique CPA firm is seeking a bookkeeper / office manager

Compensation is commensurate with experience


Must have:

3-5 years of accounting experience is strongly preferred

Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop:

  • Monthly Write-up bank and credit card activity
  • Monthly Bank Reconciliations & Credit Card reconciliations
  • Handling light phone calls and email responses
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and Journal Entries in QuickBooks
  • Excellent English

Preferred experience:

  • Experience in preparation of individual and business tax returns using Proseries Tax Software
  • QuickBooks Online
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is preferred
