Title: Bookkeeper / Office Manager (Part -Time)
A prestigious boutique CPA firm is seeking a bookkeeper / office manager
Compensation is commensurate with experience
Must have:
3-5 years of accounting experience is strongly preferred
Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop:
- Monthly Write-up bank and credit card activity
- Monthly Bank Reconciliations & Credit Card reconciliations
- Handling light phone calls and email responses
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and Journal Entries in QuickBooks
- Excellent English
Preferred experience:
- Experience in preparation of individual and business tax returns using Proseries Tax Software
- QuickBooks Online
- Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is preferred
