We are actively recruiting an energetic, organized, and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team in our Springboro, OH office. As Account Manager, your goal is to meet or exceed sales quotas by selling products to assigned accounts. You will contribute to the overall success of the organization by growing the revenue with current accounts, managing existing accounts, and developing new relationships within assigned accounts. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule consisting of a combination of in-office and remote work.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Establish and maintain positive and proactive relationships through outbound phone calls, email, and frequent contact with distribution sales representatives/management to maintain current service revenue streams and generate new revenue streams.
  • Work with sales team to develop and distribute accurate and competitive quotes that meet the margin requirement of the business.
  • Keep current with company products and new product release information including sales materials, pricing, discount structures, product roadmaps, features, applications, competition. Disseminate to partners as appropriate.
  • Recommend products that are the best solution to fit customer lead times and budget. Provide information quickly in a succinct and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information to sales team for order processing.
  • Prospect, qualify, forecast and close multiple opportunities in parallel, while maintaining and growing ongoing channel partner relationships.
  • Support sales managers as directed with all aspects of distribution/value-added reseller relationships and sales cycles including but not limited to channel partner recruitment, price negotiation, and pipeline management.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com as dictated by company process and for tracking all sales related activity.
  • Answer customer questions regarding products and orders; handle incoming phone calls and e-mails from customers and provide requested information in a timely and efficient manner; investigate customer complaints or concerns and resolve issues within company guidelines.


The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4+ years' experience in an Account Manager role. Knowledge of Salesforce or other customer management systems a plus, but not required. Candidates should have good technical aptitude with the ability and desire to learn new programs.


The successful candidate will have experience working cross-departmentally and will have exceptional communication skills. Must be customer focused and solution driven. You should have a professional demeanor, able to interact effectively with all levels, internally and externally.


Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Work, Excel)
  • Strong organizational, project management, problem solving and prioritization skills.
  • Must be a self-starter, resourceful, creative, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Proactive problem solver able to anticipate customer needs and act accordingly
