Job Description:
As Account Manager, you will support our Enterprise Customers’ success plan and act as a key point of contact for ongoing support. You will play a critical role in launching, sustaining, and growing the Customer relationship. Our Customers(or “Operators”) can have anywhere from 3 communities all the way up to 250 communities across the country. These can be enterprise conversations that require detailed project management skills to ensure a successful partnership.
- Become a trusted advisor and maintain strong relationships with the executive teams and corporate employees at our partners
- Create internal and external success plans, monthly/quarterly business reviews, excel analysis and relationship updates
- Own the operator onboarding process at Zippy – act as the support function between Zippy’s sales team and the new partners adopting the Zippy platform
- Coordinate large scale rollouts for our Operators that may own as many as 200 communities across the country
- Work closely with our entire Community Partnerships to ensure a successful launch and ongoing activation

Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree
- 4+ years of experience in a customer or partner success role
- Proven track record of completing tasks with a high sense of urgency
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to effectively support and engage with a diverse group of people across a large organization.
- Willingness to maintain and ensure a high level of integrity
- Proactive and self-motivated to solve problems; comfortable with a high degree of responsibility in ambiguous situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort learning new technologies – Zippy uses Salesforce, Outlook, Asana, and our proprietary custom built software
- Working knowledge of mortgage and / or manufactured housing industry is a plus
