Job Summary and Qualifications

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing long-term business partnerships with assigned members. Acts as liaison between members and our internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.

Be part of the team disrupting the supply chain business. Learn our business from the ground up and contribute to the evolution of our customer experience. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with multiple levels in the company and external contacts, including members, suppliers, and distribution partners.
• Willingness to learn the market, the customer, and the competition.
• Focused and possess strong interpersonal skills to handle internal and external member demands with the utmost professionalism.
• Ensure all account information is updated timely and accurate in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with external and internal colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvement and deliver more efficient and consistent member value.
• Being an advocate for your members and collaborating with the team to ensure we align them to best-in-class savings with their healthcare supply chain costs.
