We are currently seeking an ABA Coordinator to join our team of highly qualified professionals that share our vision of Empowering Children to Conquer their World! This role provides administrative support for therapy operations.

What you will do:
- Promotes a friendly atmosphere for families, staff and visitors.
- Understands internal processes required for a child to receive services.
- Responsible for maintaining communication with intake and financial services teams for caseload management and prior authorization needs.
- Assists in obtaining financial documents from families.
- Assists in communication with families when changes in funding occur.
- Maintains multiple excel spreadsheets for patient management that cannot be analyzed through deTASO reporting.
- Assists in monitoring the prior authorization process for ABA services and monitoring current PA units remaining.
- Schedules ABA services and adjusts schedules based upon cancellations, no-shows, etc.
- Responsible for management of payroll and time off requests for BT/RBTs.
- Responsible for monitoring and tracking of the Occurrence Policy.
- Responsible for management of deTASO documentation corrections.
- Attends weekly one-on-one meeting with Therapy Director.
- Analyzes daily, weekly, and monthly reports prior to one-on-one with Therapy Director.
- Assists with administration tasks such as, filing, answering phones, management of working folders, etc.
- Answers or directs e-mails, calls, and in-person questions regarding services appropriately and timely.
- Completes monthly expense report as needed.
- Assists with and/or completes BT/RBT interviews as needed.
- Organizes and/or assists with onboarding as directed by Therapy Director.
- Responds positively to feedback concerning job performance.
- Communicates any needs or concerns with administration.
- Upholds and incorporates the core values, vision, mission and philosophy of Pediatrics Plus into all job responsibilities.
- Displays an understanding of the leadership and management style of Pediatrics Plus.

Education/ Certification:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
Skills/ Abilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills which includes a working knowledge of database, word processing, spreadsheet, and Internet software.

- Ability to problem solve and think about how changes in funding could affect our clients financially.
- Ability to recognize patterns in coverage and benefits from insurance companies.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of families or employees of organization.

- Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance. Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk or hear.
