Tasks:
This position is responsible for proper chasing and loading of live turkeys into live haul trailers to minimize the condemn bird rate and remain in compliance with the humane handling policy. This position must correctly follow loading policies and procedures and reduce down-time by starting on time in an efficient and orderly way. This position is responsible for the maintenance of loading equipment and may require bending, twisting, and tightly gripping consistently, and must be able to lift turkey while loading. This position requires lifting 50 lbs. and must perform other duties as necessary and assigned by crew lead/supervisor/manager.
Requirements:
Must not own, possess, or otherwise maintain any domestic, wild or exotic fowl to be considered.
Must have 3 months of work history with the same employer
Rehires must wait 90 days from term date to re-apply.
Sign Bonus of $250 on 2nd paycheck / $500 at 91 days / $750 at 181 days.
