Responsibilities:

• Follows established procedures for operating various CNC manufacturing equipment.
• Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing.
• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance tasks on equipment.
• Machine components per specifications and drawings.
• Perform changeover of tools, fixtures, test set-ups and basic programming.
• Use air gauges and other basic measuring equipment.
• Identify product that fail tests or tolerance levels and repair as necessary.
• Observe established safe working / housekeeping procedures and promptly correct and/or notify supervisor.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED or two years relevant experience.
• Previous experience in the operation of CNC equipment.
• Knowledge of shop math and blueprint reading.
• While performing duties may be required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, bend, twist or lift.
• May also be required to work more than 8 hours in a day or 40 hours in a week based on departmental needs.
• Wear the proper required PPE equipment.
