We are looking for full time workers, for an onsite call center role in West Tampa(this role is near the Oldsmar Flea Market. If you are not comfortable making that commute each day, this role is NOT FOR YOU). The position is inbound calls and dispatching of non-emergency medical transportation drivers.
Start date: May 15th, 2023
Shift: 9:00am-5:30pm | Monday - Friday
Pay: $17/hour
Location: On site in 33626
Job Responsibilities
- Meet call time requirements and other metrics
- Responsible for offline time tracking
- Responsible for high QA/Quality Monitoring Scores
- Maintain efficient average talk time (ATT) and efficient average after call work time (ACW) metrics
- Ability to upgrade products or services
- Ability to meet production goals
- Performs other duties assigned
